Can you describe a time you solved a really tricky car problem for a customer?

I did a job once where the customer bought a starter, thinking his starter went out, I installed the starter as requested and it did not fix the issue. Sadly, it turned out that the motor had locked up. I came back free of charge to diagnose the no crank issue to find the engine had locked up.
